I firmly and fundamentally believe that every person is running. 🏃♂️ 💨 🏃♀️ 💨
If you look around, you’ll see it too.
If you look in someone’s eyes.
If you listen to their voice.
If you notice their subtle behaviors.
If you truly pay attention, you’ll see it.

Fundamentally, humans are either running TO something or running away FROM something.
At the core of this idea is a deeper lesson for us to think about.

How we talk to ourselves. How we consider ourselves a victim or victor in our own story… or if we even consider ourselves an active character at all.
We humans work and live through stories. Storytelling was our first science and dissemination.
Storytelling was our first teaching and guidance. Storytelling has always been with us and always will be.

We orient our entire lives around the stories we tell ourselves or the stories we believe about others and ourselves.
Whether you like it or not, your life is being written as part of a story.
