Welcome to Real Food π¨βπ³ π₯
Wow, welcome to the first of - I plan to be many more to come - I am calling REAL FOOD RECIPES, an every-so-often submission on Wednesdays to give you something to feel a bit more inspired in the kitchen and to remember to nourish your body, brain and biology with REAL FOOD.
Why am I doing this?
In the western world, we consume way too many fake foods, largely developed through the industrial era with ultra-processed foods made highly palatable, shamefully addictive and VOID of actual nutrition. And as a result, we have a populace that SUCKS at knowing anything about real food, how to cook, how to eat, or even knowing the definition of what REAL FOOD REALLY IS.
Letβs change that together. Letβs get back to real food, shall we?
So what is βreal foodβ?
Food meant for the human body, as it was designed, crafted by nature and not man-made synthetics or artificial ingredients. Whole food heals the human and it nourishes their needs from the inside out.
