Taking Steps π£π£ in Community with Better Communication β Work, Life, Wellness, and More!

Living Alone vs. Living Together
We canβt thrive living life alone. We as humans need a tribe. We feel safer, stronger, more secure when weβre living life in deep relationship with others. We gain and grow through relationships via quality time and communication between us to help us know, like, and understand the other person.
Trust β Respect β Love β Community - Communication
No one has ever achieved any level of success alone. We all need one another to keep striving to the top and even when weβre just striving along the same paths in life βjust trying to make it throughβ the next stage of life, learning and growing along the way.
Itβs always better with a buddy, right?
This week Iβm super excited to share with you that Iβll be speaking during an online summit on Wednesday, November 10, 2021! I am thrilled to share with you an opportunity to join me in this Virtual Series too! Weβve gathered lots of wonderful people to have lots of great discussion designed for all those wanting to find tangible solutions to a healthier and happier you!
Itβs called: New Nutritional Lifestyle Therapies to create the perfect body & feed your soul.
I joined this Series with Astrid Schiller a certified nutritional therapist and coach because of her passion to help people, the same way I do!
Astrid has been developing this online summit since October 20th, and it runs ongoing so I strongly encourage you to tune in and check it out! Especially for my talk on Wednesday, November 10th coming right around the corner. Sign up today
See you there!!
Iβm personally really excited to be starting to gain more experience in the online event space, online summits and more public speaking opportunities. As you know (or at least I assume by now), I really enjoy educating and empowering others. Thatβs my main goal with all the work I do. All the writing I do here at Substack, my additional writings over at Medium, and those on social media and elsewhere.
Like in this last week, I published a 5000+ word article on LinkedIn where I discuss the preconceptions of todayβs workplace for young people aged 20-35yrs old and what it means for our greater marketplace economy, employers and managers today and I give a STRONG personal message to the 20-35 year olds willing to listen to my message
β Dear Young People, Itβs Time to Get Back to Work β But for All the Right Reasons They Told You About Before. Article link
In this article I make the argument that young people today have never felt the camaraderie and trust, respect, and love developed in community at their workplace, and thus WORK has become a very lackadaisical term as people shrug it off, because they donβt see how their own truest identity and passions and purpose fit into the grand scheme of things for their lifeβs journey.
Itβs no secret that young people today face a larger cultural, societal identity crisis than pretty much any generation before it. No wonder young people are unsure of themselves when theyβve been marketed to and distracted by thousands of messages every single day pushing and pulling them in one direction or another. Itβs incredibly difficult to make sense of it all if β¦. IF YOU DONβT KNOW WHO YOU ARE ON THE INSIDE.
Who knows what you might blossom into overtime if you give yourself the chance to believe in the journey and believe in the beauty that lies within the journey itself.
This then helps us understand the larger discussion about finding a workplace that aligns with your values, your own personal mission and vision for your life and the world around you. Likewise, once you find that kind of workplace, you can find those kinds of people, and learn to trust the tribe in which the employer has built by that awesome culture.
Now, Iβm not some crazy fancy tuxedo wearing leadership development coach, but I do think I have some strong and worthy thoughts about culture and leadership. Be sure to check out my full article if youβd like to learn more about this topic in full.
I also encourage you to take a close look into your own life and walk and gain a better understanding for the values that you hold, the values of your workplace, and how you can exercise those values you hold in greater detail at your workplace.
Likewise, we can take the same time to reflect about the values we hold as a household, a family, a parent, a brother, a sister, a son, a daughter.
Our words and actions often give us some insight for the values that we hold, so pay attention to what you think, what you say, and how you act.
If youβre not too sure, start asking your closest friends and family members, they will likely be able to give you some clarity as a place to start to learn a little bit more about yourself and live your life more aligned.
Iβm also thinking about making some more videos coming soon and launching a life revitalization project in the new year. Let me know if you have any ideas for videos or trainings youβd like me to make so I can best serve you :) and keep you striving to live your best life possible β your absolute best life possible.
Oh, and donβt forget.
Health is a journey, not a destination. Weβre always learning and growing and developing ourselves on the inside and on the outside.
From healing our wounds of childhood, rekindling broken relationships with our parents, our faith, feelings of self-doubt and issues of self-confidence (hello!!) as well as the more stereotypical fitness and wellness parameters like gut health, performance, mental and physical optimization, sleep hygiene and a whole lot more.
PLEASE β donβt forget to mark your calendars for my talk with with Astrid Schiller on November 10th (Wednesday) and let me know what you think! How did I do?
Iβll let you be the judge! Did I blow my 15 seconds of fame or did I stay relaxed and poised for a great conversation to help heal and promote health for the audience? Β
