When I was a kid, we used to joke about having "Ants in Your Pants" as we danced and moved our bodies in unconscious wild thrashing of limbs and jumping about. It was playful, silly, and full of fun.
But, having ANTS in your head is a whole other story. Having ANTS in your head can actually kill you in the long-term.
You see, ANTS are Automatic Negative Thoughts as described by Dr. Daniel Amen. These automatic negative thought patterns we can often find ourselves in at different stages of life can actually promote disease, worsen any symptoms and complications of any illness we may already have and overtime... they end up killing us - both destroying our lives on the inside and on the outside.
I'm writing my next article on the power of our thought patterns and I'll soon share. But, in the meantime... know this, your thoughts matter way more than what you probably realize.
Take notice, make a record and stand watch for the thoughts you allow inside your mind and inside your spirit - because they do indeed have the potential to heal or to hurt, to promote good health or take it away.
